Headquartered in Rochester, New York, Orolia is the world leader in resilient Position Navigation and timing solutions. The fleet management business provides regulated services to the fishing and workboat industry, including a SaaS for managing tracking, reporting and safety. This transaction will strengthen MetOcean’s already broad satellite communications portfolio, and sets a path for further growth in the North American market and beyond.
