Founder/CEO
Originally from Denmark, Jonas has spent the last 20 years living in California. With a background in management consulting, startups, and business development, he has spent the last decade in corporate development functions, focused M&A and innovation, and corporate strategy. In 2020, he founded Novell to focus on bringing a focused corporate development process to acquisitive corporations. Jonas also teaches Strategic Leadership at the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education programs.

Managing Director
Noland is the Managing Director at Novell Corporate Development, with over 15 years of experience in leading startups to market leadership in Silicon Valley and international markets. He specializes in guiding businesses from inception to successful exits, with a focus on cross-border M&As, partnerships, and capital market strategies in sectors like enterprise software, aerospace, and Industry 4.0. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Purdue University and has a strong background in investment banking and corporate finance.
