I’m pleased to share that I am now a FINRA-registered representative, holding the Series 79 (Investment Banking) and Series 82 (Private Securities Offerings) registrations.

These registrations have been obtained through a partnership with Finalis, enabling me to formally support investment banking and private placement activities in a registered capacity.

This milestone allows me to continue advising companies, founders, and boards on strategic transactions and capital markets matters within the appropriate regulatory framework.
